Loperamide and suboxone induction

So long story short have been using high dose loperamide to curb heroin withdrawals for around a year. Getting sick of taking 60 pills every morning in order to function along with scoring dope so I decided to go into a suboxone doctor. They assured me that loperamide wouldn't send me into precipitated withdrawal so I got my suboxone script. Waited roughly forty hours since last dose of dope or loperamide and dosed 4mg under my tounge and within 2 minutes I was in the worst withdrawal I have ever experienced. Called the office they assured me to up the dose and again put another 4 mgs under my tounge within another 2 minutes I was way worse shitting and puking my brains out. I have been in bed for the last 24 hours. I just had someone bring me a gram of heroin shot half and feel almost normal. So my question to you knowledgeable blers what did I do wrong.
 
So I'm not too knowledgeable about subs But I read somewhere loperamide has a half life of 11 hrs. That could very well have something to do with it.
 
Yeah it takes a while for lope withdrawals to peak. The naloxone fucked you up and sent you into withdrawal. Basically, you didn't wait long enough. I don't know what the half life is but when I took it one time and was off for three days. I honestly don't know how effective subs are going to be against lope. Need to wait a few days at least maybe more.

It can be really bad for your heart and can kill you so using any other opiate is advised for the people that don't know.

If it is 11 hours that's at least 55 hours but I would wait more or you'll be in the same situation.
 
It's not the naloxone that makes you sick it's the buprnorphine which has a much higher affinity for the receptors and I think the half life is actually more around 24 hours
 
I stand corrected, apparently that's a common misconception. My bad. Either way, opiates need to be out of your system before you can take suboxone. Google says 9-14 hours for the half life. So a few days at least.
 
There's another treatment option called Cholesteramine which is very good for treatment of diarrhea but you need a prescription for it.
