title sums it up. this bag seems pretty pure and tastes right, but always appears brownish as a puddle before cracking back to a healthy color. anyone else gave this experience?
when it does recrystalize, there’s very few or very feint cracks. when i cool it just a little further is when the cracks really become visible. is this normal?
