Looking for the original Hofmann Paper/Patent for CEY-19 / CZ-74

Does anyone have access to the paper or patent relating to the discovery of these substances?

It is widely credited to Hofmann and they are Sandoz lab-codes but I have never been able to find the original publication 8(.

How about this. When you bring up the images of the pages of the original patent you have to click on "original image" at the top to see it in large size. Interesting that the patent is entitled "Therapeutic indoles for psychic stimulation and relief of mental depression". Even at that time Hofmann must have noted that psilocybin and related compounds are good for treating depression. CEY-19 is apparently ethocybin, which would be this patent.
