is pill testing limited to the pills in europe?

and...

does north america and europe got the same pills? (if you trace it all the way back they got same origin) or does the US manufactures their own? (thats why pills aren't as good over here?)

Im guessing your talking about http://www.ecstasydata.org/ - if so they are based in the USA but accept pills / substances from anywhere.

Bluelight has servers in Europe but we have members /Admins from around the globe so were not really 'based' anywhere (that I know of).
