Loading Vapolution

So I just recently got a vapolution, after borrowing a friend's pencil sharpener vape.

When it works it hits wonderfully, but I seem to have a huge amount of difficulty packing it. Seems I'm losing shitloads of herb (which I assume burns up in the bottom?). Either it falls out, or theres not enough airflow and it gets cashed without giving vapor.
Any advice?

bit sensitive to loading tech this one....

ensure it's warmed up for 10mins
if yr material is a bit loose then put the vapolution on it's side
i found the larger the glass tube yr using the better (they have some various sizes with different internal diameters)
dont grind yr material, just pick bits off
ensure what you shove in the tube is a loose fit, too tight = no vape, to loose and it likes to fall out
