Living at home blunders.

im 25 and moved back home 2 years ago with my mom..

In a crude twist of irony about 3 weeks ago my mom walked in on me and my girlfriend. right in the middle of it...

Fast forward 3 weeks ahad to just now. I walked in on my mom and her new boyfriend. She's been single for a really long time and i really didnt know she found someone.

I went downstairs and yep just got to meet the dude.... well a leg to be exact everything else was hidden. He left about 30 mins after this lol. I feel terrible now....
 
I've never had this problem, people lock doors if they are doing something private, and they knock beforehand anyway instead of barging in.
 
It use to be just me and my brother at home. One time my brother get inside my room in a hurry trying to get a basketball, he didn't actually look at me and my girl on the bed but that night he mentioned about it and ask if he could watch us doing it lol.
 
we live in an old farmhouse so basically the doors dont lock/ close fully you can sorta surprise someone lol.

it only happens when we dont know someone is over etc.
 
I'm sure if the OP had a lock on his bedroom door he'd use it.

Ever thought of putting something visible outside your room to communicate not to enter?
Hang a towel over your door or something? Obviously you'll have to let mummy know what it means.


Unless this thread is about more stories and not how to prevent this.
 
the reason i DON'T live with my parents is sex. i just wouldn't like taking girls to my parents house. other than that living rent free or low rent and shit would be dope as fuck.
 
I knew a guy who was 40 and had to live with his parents for a while. They got mad if he *masturbated*. Not kidding. He couldn't even spend a long time in the bathroom without them banging on the door.

It's pretty easy to put a lock on a door though. Even I have done it before in a room that I rented a few years back. It's a smart suggestion... locking doors prevents things like this. Putting a lock on a door isn't impossible lol.

True, even as the OP said the doors don't line up properly so they can't close fully, but a chain would still work. Or a necktie on the doorknob. :)
 
I had a mate who's gay get busted by his folks, he had 2 other guys in the room and they were going at it. Till this point his folks had no idea he was gay. Needless to say he moved out.

Dang, worst way to get found out :p. Not only just doing it, but in a three some no less. (Alot of people frown on that gay or not)
