background:
20 years old, rarely drink, up until this year i've never touched any illicit substance. i do get terrible headaches whenever it gets rainy, and the only thing that makes it go away is 400-800mg of ibuprofen. these headaches can happen a few times a week in the spring/summer to once every few months in the dry seasons.

i've taken x for the past 3 months, once a month, 2 1/2 my first time (good stuff) 3 my second (lame stuff), and 2 1/2 again probably 3 weeks ago.

(i also take .5 mg of xanax post rolling)

and i've also taken half of a lorcet, twice. probably januaryish.

i started taking phentermine (a half of a 37.5 mg tablet a day, prescribed to me) on tuesday. yesterday, i noticed a dull ache in my back, and got this odd hunch that it might be my liver, and looked up where your liver is in your body, and i was right.

i'm taking the weekend off of phentermine just because it sounds like a good idea.

i drink probably 7 bottles of water a day.

1) what is your take on the situation, and how urgent of a problem is it?
2) is there anything i can do to detox my liver?

really, any peace of mind would be appreciated.

Best advice is to go to the doctors and tell them about the pain - it really cant hurt to get a medical opinion.

Best thing for the liver is 'Milk Thistle' you can buy it at most health food stores. Im just wondering that the phentermine is normally used for weight loss - is this the case? Have you maybe started exercising also and maybe pulled a muscle etc

There a dozens of detox methods but normally cutting out the stims/alcohol, heavily processed foods/drink and drinking plenty of water, taking moderate exercise and getting decent amounts of sleep is all the body needs to detox itself.

Yes, eat very well, always have some fruit near by if you get into the habit of eating fruit and vedge you will feel great. excersise and water too. Sleep at least your 8hrs if you can every day!!
If you're taking phentermine through a prescription thats ok, but if you are abusing it dont. I've had it many times and its not good at all.
keep at it and you will feel the difference
