Hey I was just wondering when to start light cycles. Mine is about 4 weeks and I am just using natural light. When should I get a bulb? What kind? What type of light cycles should I use??

I suggest you do some more research... Google will be your friend.
Give us some more info, what have you been doing for 4 weeks without a bulb. Sunlight through a window?
Compact flourescent bulbs are what you want to go for unless you have enough money to buy some real grow lihts
