Has anyone ever tried this? My friend recommended it the other day to me, he has a Volcano and loves to vap with his roommates before lifting. He said it makes the experience better and when you get a burn it feels great.

Just wanted to get your guy's thoughts on it/to hear anyone's experience doing it.

you mean lifting weights?

when i'm high, working out is great. i get more focused and "in the zone," and before i know it 2 and a half hours have gone by with the quickness.

then i'll smoke a bowl and hop in the shower.

then i'll get out of the shower and just relax somewhere.

weed and exercise is a great combination, man. if you're doing some serious weight-training, though, i'd try not to get too stoned. you don't want those weights falling on you.

Its hard if your smoking but great if you are using a vap. A lot of my football team smokes and lifts but we are all just a bunch of pot heads anyway...

It really gets you into your lifting

Yeah, I like to do this... Just make sure you don't get completely ripped, just take a few inhales to get in the zone. It's also great to do before biking of going for a nice long jog. And as jibult says.... it feels good after, too. it's great to go for a long run and then come back, grab the joint that you left stashed next to your water bottle, light up the joint and walk home as the after-exercise buzz hits you and the joint sets in, sip on your water nothing feels better...

As long as you're confident that you know every exercise you're doing with where to move all your joints and where to look, chest out etc. you'll be fine as long as you can focus. I love getting super high then lifting because then when you get the pump it feels like your arms are literally tearing energy rubber bands, in a good way :P You'll still be able to tell if you start feeling pain, stop, reassess what you did wrong/take a break. I've never ran into any trouble yet though, just make sure you stretch first.
