Stimulants Levomethamphetamine (Vic's Inhaler) TEK question?

Let me start off by saying I have a high school level understanding of chemistry, nothing more; I can follow directions but not really anything more. So my question is, since theoretically if you have racemic methamphetamime you can (through a process of chemical reactions unknown to me) you can refine it into pure dextromethamphetamine, could it be possible to convert/change levomethamphetamine in Vic's Inhaler to racemic (recreational) methamphetamine and then maybe from there refine it into dextromethamphetamine? Would it be possible theoretically? Would it work? Would it be simple and easy to do? Thanks!
 
No.

Levo and dextro-MA are like you left and right hand, they look the same but are not super imposable. Sort of like mirror images.

In a racemic mix you get both Levo and dextro, so you can purify it to get one or the other. If you have only Levo or only dextro, then you can't convert it to the other.
