I apologize ahead of time to anyone who opposes this thread due to its similarity to existing threads. However, most threads covering the subject are from over a year ago and things change quite a bit with laws regarding RC's and just how strictly they are enforced in a very short period of time.

That being said, I am interested in purchasing ethylphenidate because it is really the only RC that is tried and true to me that is still claimed to be legal, or at the least in the states, in a somewhat dark gray area. It is tried and true in the sense that I have gone on methylphenidate binges in combination with alcohol in the past and loved it. I would like to find a stim that I can dabble with occasionally, but street stims around here are of questionable quality and highly overpriced and quite frankly, I'm not fond of the shady crowd that they typically come from. I have looked into buying ethylphenidate and pretty much every US vendor I've encountered is most likely a scam, as they often offer already illegal substances and the reviews have a bunch of idiots talking about dosing and posting trip reports.. I've studied up on how to spot a good vendor and these things are huge cop-outs. I have found a pretty credible Canadian vendor but I can spend half as much on even more product if I went through an even more credible vendor from the UK. I'm not asking for vendors because I know it is against the rules and I have already scoped some out, I'm just concerned that they're all foreign and my order will have to pass through customs.

As of 2014, can anyone vouch for the likelihood of me getting my order? I don't plan on buying much, 3g tops, probably along with some flubromazepam for the anticipated fiending for more and more and more. I know that it can technically be considered an analog of a Schedule II drug and be ceased, but I have also heard that as long as the package reads "Not For Human Consumption", it will most likely pass? Is is still the case? Sometimes, all the time, or hit and miss? If not, how do they handle it? I've heard that I'll receive either an empty package and/or a letter in the mail telling me that the FDA or DEA has it and will ask for permission to destroy it if I can't prove that I'm an accredited researcher. Is this still the case, or should I expect a more harsh consequence other than losing my money as of 2014? Would I be safer going with the overpriced Canadian source? Any [recent] successful transactions or intercepted packages with ethylphenidate? At least around here, the media frenzy over bath salts has died down and people have moved on to more specific substances, but I'm not comfortable purchasing them, I'd rather know exactly what I'm consuming, not some mystery concoction with a fancy brand name. Thanks ahead of time!
