Can anyone tell me the proper way to make legal high “spice” which is sprayed on the paper and smoked in prisons ? Been told numerous ways to do it but no successful attempts so far if anyone who actually knows what there doing has any input ?

Do you know that in many countries spice is now illegal?
Make sure that you inform yourself about the legality of it, do not just assume it is legal.
Do you already have the active ingredient?
If yes, what is its name?
Why do you want to put it on paper?

I believe it's dissolved n water or low boiling point solvent and then sprayed over damiana or parsley or marshmallow leaf or whatever.

Please read forum guidelines before creating any more threads my man, as we definitely are not here to help people manufacture Spice/Fake Weed or what have you. It goes against pretty much everything that we are trying to do here. These chemicals are not well-studied so we really don't know how negative the chronic or even acute effects are or can be. I'm very anti-spice for this reason, but it's not specifically why it's getting closed.
