Are drugs such as Mephadrone and Methalone, MDPV, legal in Canada?, and by legal i mean accessible to the general public to purchase online as it is in the UK.

MDPV is still legal, although you may encounter problems with customs. The legality of Methalone and Mephedrone are ambiguous.
