hello, i am looking for a legal downer (opiate / benzo) something that could be usable for harsh comedowns

i know about phenazepam and if someone knows at what dosage it wouldnt be so amnesic and chaotic i would be interested in that ...

is there any other legal downers ? could phenazepam possibly be used for comedowns at very low dosages ?
