Im 57 days no opiates! Awesome. Only thing is I still have leg aches, in both legs. Has anyone else experienced this. I was doing a hell of a lot of fentanyl powder, snorting, and tapered with hydrocodone. Is having leg aches normal, or should I see a doctor? The pain is a 3 on a scale to 10, its just very bothersome. The pros on BL should know

One thing that helped my non drug related RLS was taking magnesium supplements and doing runners stretches--particularly before bed. Don't know if you've tried magnesium but its worth a try.

And congrats on the 57 days!:)<3

Kudos on your 57 days - that's outstanding!!! I third the magnesium, and recommend taking some orally (particularly in the evening before bed) and also bathing in epsons salts. If you get a magnesium supplement make certain you get a bioavailable for such as magnesium citrate (may give you diarrhea), aspartate, tairate, chloride, and glycinate. Definitely donstretches each day, a couple of times a day and consider exercising in the early part of the day.

Thanks for the responses! I went out and bought some magnesium, definitely going to give it a try. Thanks again, means alot
