Opioids lean dosages?

I have codeine and promethazine in 2 seperate bottles, how much should i do of each?(no tolerence)

what is your tolerance to codeine? And please don't call it lean...

for the novice, try something like 150 to 200mg of codeine and 12 to 25mg of promethazine, can increase opioid dosage to 400mg and prometh to 50 if thats not enough
