I'm not worried, just curious. have you guys heard any stories about LE using bluelight posts as evidence in court? it seems like this would be very rare, but what do i know? what could you post that could actually fuck you over if they took the time to look? it doesnt seem to me like there could be many things one can write that can be entered as solid evidence in court. then again, you can still bring up some posts to demonstrate "judge of character" or whatever they call it. like it's not evidence per se, but its meant to help the jury decide what type of person the defendant is.
slightly relevant question: how does one avoid "posting or exchanging any information on ongoing or future criminal activity," as is written in the user agreement? do you just say like, "this happened a month ago" or something?
