Hey ykm420, Best of luck to you! Make sure you have a great support network for when you come out. When I was addicted to alcohol, I went through many detox / recovery centers. My biggest cause for relapse was not having a plan and a good post support network. People I could goto when I would get the urge to drink again. You will need that little man on your shoulder telling you "No!" when your mind says "Yes!"....
Screaming_Skull made mention of the forums here sober livin and the darkside. They are great forums here at Blue to share your experiences that may help others, and they are very supportive your your recovery. Definitely don't be a stranger to Blue as they can be very helpful as they were for me and I have now been sober for over 5 years.
Remember, when you come out, you need to make sure that you change "People, Places, and Things" that will be toxic to your recovery. If you fall back in with the same crowd, keep going back to the same places where you used, and hold on to the things that you did when you were using, you will likely use again yourself. Recovery is a very selfish thing, and that means that nothing should come before your recovery. I am sure that you have heard this all before be in all honesty, you can never hear it enough.
I wish you the very best and hope to hear that your doing well!
Cheers! Pain
