I read and reatch and ramble and run

I remember the days of old
When travelers were few
But those who did it were true to heart

Yes there was once peace on earth
when Adam first met Eve
then satan showed them just one thing
He showed them ecstasy
Left and right they ran so fast
through bush and hill and plain
naked as the ocean sea
then it begain to rain...
God thundered "who has done this horrible thing"
"who dare betray the Lord God"
and Adam said in sheepish tone
"my lord I now know not"
Then god came down and cast them out
for lack of self-control
For lying, betrayal and general sin
For eating of that roll
He said in obvious godly tone,
"do not eat of man's design"
eat of earth and plants and trees and bush
things that comfort mind
Go forward and back and left and right
whichever you may choose
or be shown to you the mysteries
of Satan's little ruse
He says 'the way to love is peace
and peace is unity'
but I created you unique
unbound to chains and free"
Then Adam sat and cried and thought
what it was he'd done
for one short time of godless pleasure
for one short night of fun
And he looked back with great distain
at the garden's sealed gates
and looked to Eve for soothing comfort
she was found in quite a state
her breathing was quite slow
and slowing ever still
"be still my sweet garden beauty"
and Adam felt a chill
Life had passed from Eves soft eyes
death caused by E
what's left to say but, "so it goes so it goes"
the end of humanity
My brain works in wierd ways
in case you haven't seen
wide eyed I watch the world
and melt into the sea
And Satan laughs " ha. ha. ha.
I give you broken mind
broken thought and muddled words
forever lost in time
you are my creation son
forget what 'God' has said
eat and drink of all man kind
accumulate your head"
