laced weed? (picture included)

Just tonight I obtained a few skimp nugs and as I was breaking them up I noticed a small drop of what looked like transparent liquid on one nug of weed. I have looked at the rest of the weed and not seen any. The drop is a perfect circle. I am the first to recognize that I am quite possibly just being paranoid, but I wanted to see what a few other people thought before smoking it.

I apologize for the misleading thread title. I spent about 15 minutes attempting to capture the spot on my computer cam but the cam really sucks and so does the lighting so I could not.

Okay, I just noticed something that might be important. In addition to the liquid spot, there is a broader area on that nug of glittering, sparkling matter of some sort. It is extremely fine, a powder, and it glitters under the light. In fact, now that I examine the nugs very closely, they are all coated in this very fine glittering stuff, including on the inside of the buds after they have been broken up. Can THC have this appearance?

Thc is contained in resin crystals on teh bud. If you ahve ever looked at good weed in teh sun before you could see this. Smell the herb does it have a chemical smell? If you are doubting if your weed is laced you need to not get it from that source anymore and probably should just chock this up as a loss and not smoke it. It would suck to have a bad experience because some asshole put dmt or something else active at small doses with no smell.

While it is not likely that it is laced because this is not economically a smart thing to do (extra drugs could earn the dealer extra money as opposed to giving them out for free) it is probably better to just not smoke this and be safe.

i'd be tempted to scrap it, that is of course unless you bought alot, then i'd say just give a small amount a try and see how it goes. Do you know anyone who's bought off this guy recently? If you do it might be worth asking them how it was.
