Kratom Lab testing Kratom? Has anyone lab tested their own Kratom on here?

Hi All,

I am just wondering if anyone has ever sent their kratom for lab testing. Some vendors are suspected of faking their lab tests and I am considering lab testing my kratom supply thats for personal use. I just want to make sure that it is indeed what my vendor is saying it is. I don't have a reason to really suspect it, but I want to make sure. She doesn't post her COAs on her website so its hard to take her word for it. I am not asking for a price, but is it expensive?

I have reached out to one lab, but haven't heard back yet.

I think Kratom will be difficult to test because it is an organic mix of many substances instead of just one substance and cuts. But I might be wrong.

You can usually tell wether it's properly tested or not by looking up the testing company. If you scan the QR code it'll just give you the lab report, but usually on the lab report it'll have a report number and the name of the company they ran it through. If you go to the company's website, sometimes you can search that number to see if it's legit. Also, if you look up "Kratom Good Manufacturing Practice" the American Kratom Association has a list of vendors that have been verified to use GMP in production, which includes lab testing. You’re not. Even paid services often only test extracts but don’t test plant matter.
