Impossible to know without a scale. I know it's become cliché but the honest truth is that each drug has it's own density which can seriously throw estimations off. What looks like 200mgs of one drug could turn out to be much more than that with another. A cheap 10$ scale would be more than sufficient and you would have it around in the future for similar situations.
With that said we're not exactly talking about drugs active in the single/double digit mg range, nor are we dealing with anything overly dangerous. I used to regularly take anywhere from 300-500mgs per dose twice a day with no side-effects (this is not a reccomendation of course). The capsules came in 100mg doses and were densely packed size 0 capsules.
Don't be afraid to shell out the few bucks for a scale to prevent situations like this in the future though. I honestly never understood why so many people are unwilling to buy a scale when they're so cheap, a basic one at least. Some of the drugs I've seen people insist on eyeballing blow my mind 8(.
