Misc Kratom withdrawal

last week I did the same and I was doing 5-8 grams 5 days in a row and over the weekend I had no withdrawal whatsoever then I started taking Kratom on Monday again .So is there a withdrawal even associated with Kratom?
 
yeah there is, it's not overly strong though. You probably won't notice it until you have gone a few months with daily dosing. 5-8 grams isn't very much so i don't think you have anything to worry about.
 
Yea maybe 2 of the days I had up to 10 grams but mostly 5-8. Now I tried half a tablespoon of MAENG DA and I feel it coming up it is stimulating feels good.
How many days should i Binge?
max I have been using Kratom for the past 2 weeks . Beginner I love it.
 
I use Kratom to help with Stressful times to me that is University. I have a lot of studying to do as well Kratom actually helps me focus doesnt interfere with my studies.
I like Bali Kratom mostly use that as it is sedating helps with mmy insomnia and now I tried MAENG DA it is nicely stimulating.
Any tips on usage and avoidance of addiction?
How is the withdrawal ? is it really as bad as they say?
 
maeng da is pretty nice, i think it's my favourite. Addiction is continuing to use drugs despite the drugs having negative consequences in your life. In this sense i don't think kratom is addicting :) but it will cause a dependence after a month or two or with regular use. The withdrawal is pretty minor for me especially compared to opiate withdrawal. I'd have diarrhea (yes gross) for a few days but not much else. Some people experience cold sweats, depression, anxiety, problems sleeping and eating, restless legs and other typical opiate withdrawal symptoms. The severity seems to depend on the person and how long they have been using kratom.

I don't recommend jumping head first into a dependency but i don't see a huge problem with using kratom to enhance your life. If you want to avoid dependence use it on the weekends or once a week. If you are dosing daily there's no way to avoid dependence, eventually it will catch up to you even if you binge one week and then take the next off.
 
Yea Maeng Da is great most Euphoric one not too sedating Bali was way sedating for me( good for sleep) . Dude Kratom is a great legal high. I hope people dont ruin it. I hope it retains its legal status. But I can understand the government of Thailand. Kratom is not a weak drug its strong comparable to Marijuana though what I love about Kratom what makes it better for me than Weed is that you feel good and retain mental stability. Cannabis tends to Cause Mental instability in certain individuals. Like with Kratom you know whats going on. You know what i mean? you dont feel crazy etc like on weed. One more question if one where to go through Kratom withdrawal what is the longest they could last?

It helps you study, and work.

yea I am beginner third week of use though the first week I used it once. Last week I had a 5 day binge and the weekend I took off no side effects noted.
this week I was on a 4 day binge.My doses arent huge though smaller doses. What are the doses where people experience bad withdrawal?

I also Use Kanna Sceletium Tortousum. Its not bad can get very Euphoric at times too.
One more question. They didnt research this but How does Kratom effect Sleep quality? the persons that use KRatom to induce sleep Does Kratom increase the time spent in Stage 3 and Stage 4 sleep?
you know some people experience strange things or insomnia on Kratom. But when I take Bali Kratom I feel huge sedation last night after using it, I feel asleep at 12 AM and I slept till 11.30 AM waking only once at 5 AM. IT helps with my insomnia though when I woke up I felt a hangover for 2 hours a heavy mental cloudy mental feeling that dissipated with caffeine and I felt depressed when i immediately woke that too lifted with coffee. That is why I was wondering on how it effected sleep quality. I noticed that my dreams are very vivid.
