Opioids kratom tolerance

Im going to the dentist tomorow to discuss removing my wisdom teeth and 1 other tooth, and ive been prescribed vicodin for a month and a half, so i have a tolerance to that, and ive been using kratom with that for the tooth pain, so i have a very high tolerance, and im afraid there medicine and anaesthesia wont work, should i tell them i use kratom, or will they refuse to prescribe me good painkillers because i use kratom?

im going in at 12:30 tomorow so please reply soon
 
They will be monitoring your vitals and will be able to tell if you require more anaesthesic. I would not tell them about the kratom personally. They will almost certainly not give you much for pain then.
 
shit, do u think theyll atleast give me percocet or something stronger than vicodin since ive been prescribed 10mg vicodins for a month, it doesent do shit for my tooth pain now and im taking the highest dose
