Kratom safe for heart condition?

Hey guys, so I have a heart condition where I can't tolerate any caffeine or chocolate.
Does anyone know if Kratom would be safe for me?
It seems along the same lines so I'm not sure and I want to avoid the hospital where possible.

It can lower blood pressure. Lately I've been wondering if it can worsen arrythmias. An in vitro study showed that it might lengthen qt interval, but its impossible to say if it has any relevance to in vivo kratom use at typical doses. If IF you have long qt, It's probably best to avoid it just to be on the safe side.

They called it a sinus arythmia tachycardia.
I can't even have a soda or glass of chocolate milk without ending up in the ER.
My heart rate skyrockets my chests hurts, I get dizzy and can't walk and my blood pressure shoots up.

Kratom has stimulant properties. If chocolate milk sends you to the ER, I think you should definitely stay away from Kratom.
