Opioids Kratom & heroin

So basically ive been using kratom daily for the past 3 months and i would like to keep that going as long as possible. My question is; if i use heroin for 1 day instead will this have a detrimental effect on my kratom tolerance?

Please dont worry about the lectures i chipped heroin for about 3 years. I know its all meant well and its appreciated , but its really not necessary this time around.

Yes. There is direct cross tolerance. A couple days of a light binge on oxycodone renders kratom almost useless.
