Opioids Kratom dose quick question

Hi all!
I have Bali jumbo pills. The past 2 days I've been taking 6-8 of them at once (tastes so bad) to help w withdrawals.

is that an ok dose? Or can someone tell me how many teaspoons or tablespoons I need to help w withdrawals without taking too much Kratom?

Are these jumbo pills "00" or "000"?

I ask because there is quite a difference on how much they hold, I buy the 000 size and capsule them myself. Eight of these hold more than a tablespoon so 8-9 grams approx. Only you can answer if it's the right amount since there is no one standard for everyone. Just play around until you find a dose that works for you.
