Kratom and gabapentin

Hello Bluelighters. Question...ive been taking kratom for 3 years now. I was wondering if Kratom and Gabapentin has a good synergy with another. Or potentiate each other. Just want to make sure that there's no adverse interaction

I took 4800mg of gabapentin/day and lots of kratom everyday for years. At the end I was using 100g kratom/day. They do synergize well and if you're using kratom for pain the gabapentin should help with that quite a bit. I never had any adverse reactions to the combination or developed any health issue from it that I'm aware of.

No adverse reaction or significant interaction other than an additive effect. Kratom contains alkaloids with somewhat powerful calcium ion channel blocking effects which means that gabapentin and kratom potentiate each other in this regard. This is probably why gabapentin is so effective at treating certain symptoms of kratom withdrawal
