Klonopin Not Showing In My System

Every month my sub doc drug test me.

I take Subs and Klonopin.

Well the two times I have been tested so far the klonopin hasn't showed up in my system. I take 2mg a day. Sometimes more. Yet it still doesn't show.

Im worried he's gonna think I'm selling or not taking the Klonopin if this happens again. My urine was very clear last time and he was telling me some patients try to dilute there urine with water to pass the test. He didn't tell me he thought I was doing that but why else would he bring it up?

Sounded like he thought I was diluting my urine because I took something else and that caused the klonopin not to show up.

Why would this happen? I am taking the klonopin and nothing I'm not supposed to.

The Klonopin hasn't been feeling like it has been doing that much lately. Could this have something to so with it? Sometimes I drink a lot of water to avoid constipation. Could this be it?

Building a benzo tolerance (as it sounds like you are) would not affect a urine test, but drinking lots of water can cause false negative results as it dilutes everything in the urine too much.. You could try an early morning sample, or just making an effort not to drink much water over the 24 hours prior to giving your sample? If it was very clear it does sound like you might be drinking too much water.

Hopefully your doctor trusts you and is aware that dilute urine can be from drinking lots, not just from patients artificially diluting it!

i'm not really sure if this is allowed, but i have taken klonopin several times before i had drug tested and i would always pass. if you aren't a daily user, then you will always pass. however, after concentrations build, the more klonopin is excreted in your urine making you test positive

Hm. Probably technically not allowed, although it's the questions about cheating drugs tests that are really not bluelight material and I would automatically close IMO.

Just double checked the BDD guidelines and it does say no drug testing questions so had better close this - think we answered your question anyway though ;)

Send me a pm if you have any queries.
