Ketamine's effect on the immune system?

Is Ketamine known to suppress immunity? Say for example, I did it in one session to where i was intoxicated for about three hours total, then still got a good nights rest of sober sleep afterwards, would it still be detrimental? If so, is it particularly worse on immunity than other drugs? Thanks!

Yes, but I don't think in the way you're concerned about (my sense is that it's not particularly bad). A quick glance indicates that the available literature on this topic is naturally focused on post-op immunological responses of those who had received ketamine as an anesthetic during surgery. I seriously doubt there's been studies looking at ketamine's immunosuppressive effects regarding more run of the mill airborne-type infections. For what it's worth: Mechanisms of Ketamine Induced Immunosuppression
