Ketamine in Mexico

My family is planning to take me along to Mexico for a holiday sometime in the fall. I have heard that it you can buy basicly any phamaciticals you want without prescription. Is this true?
If so I'm hoping to buy some Ketamine, some oxys and maybe some dexadrine or ritalin if possible. How would I go about doing this? Do I have to know the brand names? How about getting it back across the boarder to Canada (probably have to stop over in the USA)?
 
Sorry, you wont find any C-II shit south of the border.. any youdo need scripts for everything fun - but you can "buy" a sciprt for about $25-$50 ... I hope you don't look young, shit, that might not even matter..

I've been wondering about this as well. Do you have to go to a vet to get K? And will the vet just give it to you, without any kind paperwork?
