Okay so it's the weekend and aimin' for a relaxing night with the lady n some buddies..

I'm looking for some opinions on safety and effects regarding the combo. I'm pretty well read up on neuropharmacology so if someone wants to explain in depth of possible interactions, please do so.. I am aware that kava has some NRI properties as well as MAOI-B action, and that tramadol is also an SRA as well as an SNRI, correct me if i am wrong. The combo of kava and tramadol alone does not sound safe due to multiple NRI actions taking place but with the addition of a little xanax i am assuming that this can eliminate any potential side effects from too much norepinephrine reuptake inhibition and also reducing the notorious risk of seizure from the tramadol. So i am wondering if any of you have any additional thoughts or advice on taking these three together.

Unfortunately only a have about 125mg of tram left though so its a low dose. So my main question to ask i suppose, is what kind of risk am i taking combining the three in all mostly therapeutic dose, give or take a little extra kava or benzo.
