ive had K on a few different occasion id say under 10. while the usual crystals i get are small easy to sniff (no cut of course), some are larger and tougher to insufflate it seems with different batches. is there any chemical or potency difference between these varying crystals?

To answer your question: the appearance of the crystal does not guarantee any purity or quality, it does not even indicate it, however seriously huge crystals are less likely to be cut since you would see it. But even that can be cut with other crystals.

This time I will allow this thread to be open for you to ask a couple questions but the next time please find the appropriate pre-existing ones.
