im outside on our backpourch on a couch lisyening to dubstep and binural beats at 6.5Hz and i am seeing some amazing stuff i wish i could chronicle it so i can read it tomorrow because i wolt remeber this

I strongly suggest you use music. Headphones, and even a blindfold. Isolate so you can ride the sounds. I have done this and love the escape and the trip -- it's so much better with the music. I think it also matters what kind of music -- i recommend deep trance-- something with a steady beat but very laid back, and a constaint variable drone that you can ride. It's soooo sweet.

That's it. I saw a brick wall all around me, like an old building ... was convinced I was walking down an alley, to a red door, where something wonderful awaited.... i was just sitting in the bathtub with my bluetooth headphones on, it was very nice. ;)
