Last night I sprained my ankle pretty bad and afterward while resting on the couch smoked some K2 (I have been smoking it regularly for a few weeks now). The ankle pain was bad and continuing to get worse to the point when I decided to go to the ER figuring it was probably broken. While there I received a Norco (no idea how to spell that) and had no probs, got some xrays, they wrapped up my ankle and I went home to bed.

I woke up this morning, took 2 vicodin as prescribed (5/500mg) and after about a half hour had terrible nausea but didn't vomit, and was literally dripping sweat. I felt horrible for like 20 minutes then it mostly went away, but over the past few hours have felt mild nausea and just general malaise.

I am wondering if the K2 is somehow interacting with the vicodin/apap? I have taken Vicodin numerous times in the past for wisdom teeth and things like that, usually taking two 5/500, I have taken as many as 4 at one time and never had a reaction like the one this morning. Also I did not smoke K2 today- my last time smoking was at around 10pm last night.

usually opiates dont make me nauseous unless i take way too much. but every now and then i'll puke some random time if i had been on a break.

your tolerance probably dropped. also, did you take the pills on an empty stomach? maybe take them with a light meal next time and see if that helps.
