Jwh-018 fine?

I haven't seen much in it's harmful effects from what I have been researching on the net, but I have seen people in this forum say how much it can be harmful. The thing is, all this seems related to Spice and K2 substance- NOT Jwh-018 itself with another herb. So, I have this stuff from a site (saying what it is is against policy I think) and I think it is 100% legit. Just the Jwh-018 sprayed on some herbs. So, is this stuff okay?

In other words, is Jwh-018 only bad because K2 and spice lace it with crap? Also, I don't take any huge amounts or anything, just one hit.

EDIT: What I mean to say, has anyone ever had or seen anyone with the horrid side effects when it was just Jwh-018 and NOT Spice or K2?

to answer: I've smoked roughly 10 grams of pure JWH-018 to no ill side effects as of yet.
