'blowing-up' is when you're peaking, or close to it, and you just feel so damn good all over. it really is the greatest feeling. i've happily become familiar with this term :p and hope you experience it too. btw, you don't have to preload to blow-up. plur and boo-bye

People preload to make comedown much smoother and the next day not so much of a blah day. The main ingredient is 5-HTP, and some Vitamin C never hurts. Everyone is unique, therefore everyone's recipe is different. I've concluded that 200mg of 5-HTP and 2g Vitamin C about 1 hour into my roll works great for me. You just have to experiment a little and see what works best.

Hey alls, not sure if my last post made it up here, but to answer newgirl's question, pre and post laoding just means taking some sort of other pill to help your experience or clean up its aftereffects. Like Jdogg said, 5htp is the usual ingredient. You can buy it at GNC or you can buy it cheaper at mothernature.com if you're not in such a rush. I usually take 200mg 12 hours before dropping and 200mg the morning after i wake up from dropping. I also take one alleve before going to bed after dropping for the temple soreness from jawclenching or chewing. That seems to work best for me along with lots of vitamin C (oj in my case) the next morning. Happy monday!
