Benzos Just picked up some Ambien CR's, best way to use them??

Now before I get flamed for putting the prefix, listen, I know its a z-drug, I just didn't know what to prefix.

Second, Ive used the search engine, but I cant find anything on Ambien CR's, just normal ambien 10mgs. My question is I am coming off dexedrine and want to see if they may help with the comedown. Some people say sucking off the coating and cutting it in half to get the IR?? Which half is it?? Also which would be the best route of administration? Many people say snorting is the way too go but it hurts....but ive been a meth addict for 7 years, so Im pretty sure I can handle it.....

Also Is it something to do before bed?? I just wanted to chill a bit, so any advice would help. Thanks guys.
