Hi all. Just a quick question. I have some 70mg vyvance and was wondering what the deal is with these things and how much to take. I don't do uppers that often, the most ive ever taken was a 15mg adderall. What would be the equivalent dosage if any? Is it like an adderall? Will it be noticeable to others that I am on something? Thanks ahead of time!! Oh also I'm on suboxone, paxil and carbomiazipine as well in case that would make a difference.

Vyvanase is a drug that your liver breaks down into dextroamphetamine and an amino acid called lysine. It's a chemical time release that can't be broken easily.

70mg of vyvanase is therefore about ~30mg dexedrine released over 8-12 hours. So, about as potent as 15 mg IR at its peak, but longer lasting. If you don't do uppers a lot, then yeah, people will notice you might be on something, depending on how your body responds.
