Test Cypoinate & Winstrol Juicing in college

21
175lbs
5'9
10-13%bf

ran my first cycle of test cypionate in january, did it for 15 weeks 1.2 ml twice a week IM. put on 10-15 lbs of muscle granted i wasnt eating as much as i should (broke college student)

amazing results solid fast gains,
bench went from 200 to 275
deadlift from 315 to 420
(started powerlifting when i started cycle),

felt like a fuckin beast, pulling girls left and right, so much energy for partying and school, (best year of my life did some insane shit) and the best part was no negative sides.

i want to start a cycle end of august finish around november-december and be on cycle again by around end of january beginning of february. (i dont want to be coming off a cycle during the school year dont wanna risk change in mood/bullshit feeling like a bitch)

now i know the basic rules are "waiting 12 weeks between cycles and w/e" but i dont give a fuck as im sure a lot of u don't

so any advice/ prior experience on doing short off cycles would be greatly appreciated, dont wanna fuck up my natural test

this time around im trying to get fucking ripped so im thinking of running winstrol or maybe a blend of test cyp and winstrol any recommendations?

im prob gonna be jucing for a long time not just for the gains i love the psychological effects as well as the physiological so any advice on long term juicing would be cool too.

Well unless you plan to take a long time off between cycles, you are going to fuck up your natural test levels, without question. If you're ok with that, then a 2 month break is adequate.

Your final sentence sounds a bit ominous though. Don't rely on gear as a psychological bandaid, you'll be going down a very unhealthy path.

I pity your HPTA system in a few years. Since you're a college kid I'm assuming you could still eat some semblance of food and also have gym access, so there was no reason for you to jump the gun and shut down the highest test production of your life for 10lbs of water. Assuming you also drank heavily during this time, laying testament to the true dedication you actually have when it comes to this.

I also love how you act like you have the option to come off thinking that everything is just going to be fine and dandy and back to normal. Learn to train and diet. Also cute how you were planning on winny with a 12% bf. The naivety is so bad I really don't know whether to laugh or cry.

yes im young and dumb that why im asking for advice, don't need your pity just advice if you're willing to give it. most athletes started jucing young *arnold* and they turned out fine. Im asking basically whats the minimum time you guys have waited to start another 15week cycle, 2 months, 3 months? 4 months? Ive been off cycle for 4 months now and it was fine and dandy, i lost the water weight but i still kept most of my gains and am still pretty ripped so yes i wanna try winny cause Ive had stubborn belly fat all my life, either winny or clen is what im running next im at 10% bodyfat right now trying to get to single digits.

whats your definition of fucking up? so if i wait 3 months is that fine? im only doing 500mg a week of test cyp for 15 weeks

At about week 8-12 on any cycle gains seem to plateau... If I was you, I'd be inclined to start tapering down the weekly amounts at about week 10..

15 weeks is a bit long to be on cycle especially for a youngster.. You don't want to negatively effect your HPTA too harshly.. 12 weeks might be more prudent...

The time off should be a least equal to or longer than your time on cycle, but definitely longer than 3 months...!!!

Daz is absolutely right here...

Maximum of 12 weeks on, minimum of 12 weeks off. Usually I prefer 12 weeks on, 15 weeks off. Giving yourself more time inbetween will only result in more substantial gains the next time you cycle on. Pick your poison...

1.) Either you have short breaks which allows you to be on cycle more frequently and your gains are diminished in correlation with the amount of time you cycle in this fashion and you seriously destroy your HPTA in the process. This can subsequently result in you losing more than you ever gained in the process, severe estrogen rebound causing high adipose tissue storage, hepatotoxicity depending on the substances you use, and elevated LDL cholesterol and depleted HDL cholesterol (there goes your circulatory system). Screwing up your HPTA is NOT something you want to do... especially at such a young age. Severe damage can take YEARS to correct and cost a small fortune as it will require a lot of pharmaceuticals... even then you may not be able to fully correct what you've done to your hormone balance... not to mention your circulatory system and liver. But, sure... you get to get back on cycle quicker while you're destroying your body. I guess that's the upside? Not worth it IMHO.

2.) OR you can cycle correctly using a 12 weeks on, 12-15 weeks off (time off should be equal to your cycle AT A MINIMUM)... only add a little bit of time to the intervals between cycles, maintain most of the gains that you make, actually make substantial gains while you're on cycle rather than see diminishing returns, spare your liver enzymes, cholesterol, keep estrogen low, and keep your HPTA from going off the deep end and royally screwing you over a few years down the road...

You can prevent 99% of negative consequences by doing things correctly and in this case it only means being a little more patient.

If it were me... I'd weigh the pros and cons; I don't think there's any amount of rational debating you can do to make the first option appear more favorable.
