Joint Pains and ORT

I'm just kind of curious to see if anyone has had this problem or if anyone knows why it happens. I've been having pretty intense and sharp pains in primarily my shoulders and knees while I have been sleeping, or just sitting around. I have only had this problem while on long term maintenance with either methadone or Suboxone (have been on both during different time periods). It's kind of weird, it never happened while I was using regular opiates, or even while dope sick and laying in bed for the entire fucking day. I've had this issue about three years ago after being on methadone for awhile, then it happened during my first run on Suboxone, and now it's happening again now that I'm back on maintenance. I've tried to pinpoint any specific events, activities, or inactivity that may be causing this and I really can't put my finger on anything. I searched the web and I really can't find anything about this, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any specific experiences.
