Joining the gym

Right this is a bit of a different question for the healthier tokers among us here at CD. Recently I had a small epiphany realising I eat nothign but shit, don't excercise and if I carry on i'll end up fat and slow. So I went ahead and joined the gym and you can't beat that feeling after a goodf work out.

But what I ask is, for the tokers who work out how do you fit it all around eachother? cause after I hit the gym I came home and hit the bong, and it felt like all the work i'd just put in was instantly being smoked away...

So any tips from you guys? or does it look like my toking careers nearing it's end?
 
i only smoke about once a week...workout daily.

on the days i do smoke however, i usually...

1) workout
2) eat with a protein shake
3) smoke as a reward =)

no need to stop smoking b/c ur trying to be healthier :)
 
I try to figure out my meal before I get high. That way I can stick to it.

Normally I dont honestly like working out and being high, at least for cardio. It seems like to stretch the time out longer. I dunno.
 
vape then workout. exercise is one of my favorite things to do high. with the vape, i don't really feel like i'm doing much physical harm to myself to take away from the benefits.

in general (and esp. where exercise is concerned) i like to eat before smoking, rather than after.
 
It's ok to smoke after you work out dude. Just make sure you eat healthy. I work out 5 days a week and smoke everyday i have it. It feels great to smoke while you already feel great from the endorphins.
