Heroin IVing heroin, the IMing as a follow up to keep high

I am curious, I would assume that when you IV heroin, you get that rush and its short lived, then you get an after glow for a decent time, but nothing compared to the length of an IM. So is after IVING heroin, following it up with the same amount IM a good idea, or is it dangerous? I assume if after few minutes you feel that you havent OD'd on the IV then you can most likely handle an IM of the same amount, and it will make your high continue for 3-4 hours....
does that sound aboutright, anyone have any insight or advice on how they would do it ?
 
what I just did, was inject about 15mg of a half gram, then I IM 10mg ,,, im feeling pretty good after about 25 min..... not really nodding, got lots of energy,, was tired now im wide awake hmm
 
Do you have sterile ampoules of heroin? If not, IM injection of street drugs should not even remotely be a consideration. Your blood has the ability to do SOME filtration of what is injected into it, but your muscle? Nope. You're essentially guaranteeing that you get abscesses, infection, etc. and are seriously and needlessly putting yourself at risk here by directly depositing who-the-fuck-knows-what cuts into your muscles.
