Opioids IV suboxone on Vivitrol?

Hey, recovering herion addict here. im currently getting the monthly vivitrol (naltraxone) injections which blocks your opiate recepetors, making you unable to get high. now, a buddy was trying to explain to me that suboxone has a higher affinty to the receptors then the naltraxone, which means you can get high on suboxone. any truth to that? btw id IV my suboxone.

TL,DR can i get high on suboxone while on vivitrol?
