Crashing

Alright im going to bed after this, but a recent thread about IV 5-meo-dmt sparked a memory involving past IV ketamine use. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of anything remotely similar to this:
I'll try to give you my perspective the best i can remember it... I am sitting on the couch with my friend T sitting on another couch directly across from me.
00:00-Large pile of ketamine mixed up and administered IV crook of the left arm. Immediately get a chemically taste in back of throat and remove needle...
00:01-World appears to be spinning forward, slowly (as if i was doing a backflip in the matrix)

00:05-Wake up, snap out of it... I am laying behind the couch face first into the ground, my right thigh is stinging but i am still pretty well dissociated so it feels like a scratch. I stand up to see a rather concerned group of people hovering over me. (I guess they came from downstairs after hearing a body hit the floor)
"what the hell is going on?" I asked..
T replied, "Well man, you did the K, and then your eyes rolled back in your head and you straight up backflipped over the couch and smacked the floor face down behind the couch, from a fully seated position, like a ragdoll..." (or something to that effect)
I reach down to itch my leg and realize the needle is in my right pocket, uncapped, stabbing into my right quadricep, blood everywhere. It's not an itch, its multiple scratches/stabs.
The thing is, i didn't even think a backflip from a seated position was even physically possible.. But I remember it happening in slow motion almost simultaneously with the removal of the needle, and i remember waking up face first on the hard wood floor, and i remember the blood and pain that followed shortly after. I don't remember the trip though, i must have misjudged the dosage.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?
