Is it possible to IV the 20mg adderall pills.. I know that it is not safe to IV pills and i'm not asking how to do it.. I was just wondering if it is possible to IV the 20mg adderall pills just using water??

So for all practical intents and purposes the answer to your question is: no. Snort it, plug it, or eat it, but do not inject adderall.
