Stimulants Issues plugging dexedrine sometimes (feels like missed shot)

So every now and then i somehow mess up a 40-60mg shot in my butt of dexedrine (crushed then dissolved in 2mL of water usually).

I don't get it because it happens like once a week and that's like 1 or 2 for 20 or so shots in my butt.

Why isn't it getting absorbed? stuck in my poo? i give myself a water enema if there's something in there but even sometimes when i don't i still get a decent rush from 60mg and a 5 hour high. However the odd time, i get nothing, and then feel dead for 5 hours.

Like last night i did 50mg, nothing at all, so pissed off, 2 hours later, did 50mg again, and decent rush, decent high. So wtf?

my technique is good (read the plugging thread many times), if i am a bit constipated should i do an enema every time? that's the only thing i can think of.

any other tips in regards to dexedrine and plugging are greatly appreciated as well!

If ur doing it too much amphetamine stops giving u a good high. Are u doing this daily? Also of ur constipated it's getting stuck in ur shit. Make sure ur bowels r completely empty and if u cant go and wanna do if right away just do it orally or snort.

Constipation should not affect absorption at all in my experience, amphetamines are just so fat soluble they NEVER have disappointed me via the rectal route (using methamp not dexamp but they're similar enough here) although I:

-use a lot more water than you.
However, I first started out doing methamphetamine (up to a gram per shot in a 1cc/1mL syringe) with smaller syringes but I have found that the 5mL (mine draw back to 6mL) are unbeatable and my favorite multipurpose syringe especially if your syringe contains an opiate in it too like mine tend to.

-I would not worry about your bowels being completely empty. Completely empty is absolutely unnecessary, as is any use of amphetamine via the nasal route.

Can you describe your prep and admin process briefly? How far in are you inserting the syringe? What other drugs do you take, include any and all drugs here including antidepressants and antipsychotics, especially antipsychotics...?

I've noticed multiple guides on Bluelight that are flat out wrong, written for a drug that is not the one you're administering, or is simply outdated, like I remember the first BL plugging guide I saw said to use 10mL syringes and insert them "as far as you can" and this made me shudder.

-The syringe tip is the only part that needs to be inserted,
-only in far enough to ensure there is no leakage,
-you want your solution to hangout as close to your sphincter as possible, in the most venous cavity of the rectum, where most veins bypass your liver and lead to the instant onset, and instant rush, whereas if you are injecting it far up your rectum, it may undergo SOME first pass metabolism but not enough for people to complain, which is what makes me confused that you're feeling as if you "missed your shot" since
-most people use the rectal ROA with amphetamines because they are content with 99% BA and instant onset and rushing sensations.......

-the only difference I can see between us is
1) body chemistry
2) your using dextro-amp, I'm using dextro-methamp which is WAY more fat soluble / "forgiving"
3) I've never ever felt a "missed shot" via the rectal ROA, but who knows.....

I've been using the rectal ROA daily for years I just got my routine down, takes a grand total of 60 seconds to have a shot prepped and administered and maybe a total of 90 seconds if you count however many seconds it takes for the isopropyl alcohol I wash my hands with to evaporate after administering and disposing of the syringe.

Oh man there u go I insert it way in didn't even think about it thx so much I an scripted 120mg per day of Dexedrine and constipated or not it doesn't matter but recently I started using a new smaller syrineowhich goes way up easier so that must be it. My assgt thanks u greatly sir

Was wondering if you could shed some light on the effect of other drugs on plugging amp? I use dexamphetamine 5mg tabs (15mg x 3-4 daily) and also take Venlafaxine/Effexor XR (75mg x 1 in the morning) and for about a month now Seroquel to help with sleep (25mg). I feel the FX helps a little in regards to not feeling the full weight of crashes, but although the Seroquel's a small dose (and apparently only a anti-histamine at 25mg?) could it be altering the affectiveness of the stims? I've found getting a good night's sleep with stim use to be a big positive, so if the seroquel specifically is working against it, could you recommended something else to try instead as a sleep aid?
