I'm not asking to meet up with bluelighters, I'm asking to be pointed in the direction of an app that will connect me with other psychedelic drug users in my area.

I mean, if there's bluelighters in my area that would want to trip with me, I'd be open to that too. Is that against the rules? The only rule I know is no sourcing

I am not sure of any sort of app or anything for this sort of thing. I wouldn't say it's against the rules to ask though.

I dont know the answer to your question. Closest I can think of is shaman sessions with ayahuasca, shrooms etc which are technically legal because they are "religious". Believe this is a think in the UK/Europe at least
