I really need to know this question, ASAP. I know that Antenex/Valpam are generic brands, but which one works better for people?

valpam and antenex are simply generics of roche valium.

you probably could have googled this if it were so urgent; can i ask why?

if it's about pharmacy pricing then the roche valium is only a little more expensive than generics.

hey Leftwing, because I have a doctor's appointment at 3:10 mate. How's ya pain management? What have they got you on these days? How's your general mood about your sucky condition bro?

yeah I know that, but I get my Valium on a private prescription dude and I only have so much . to pay more or less than (Mr. Blank). I'm thinking about going on the Valpam, even though it looks so fucking retro it breaks my heart, what with it's yellow box coating.

No difference ime, no. 5mg Valium = 5mg Valpam = 5mg Antenex = 5mg Diazepam

They are all the same dude, in my experience Valium brand is the best tasting if you want to use sublingually. Also, they come in a better blister pack than some of the generics although antenex usually come in a bottle which I prefer to any blister packet.

I have a healthcare card, with one of these the difference between generic and name brand valium is less than a buck, but if you aren't a healthcare card holder for all I know the price difference may be significant.

My point exactly. Because I take my benzos sublingually, as opposed to the stomach method on cimetidine/omeprazole, which is just a waste of money, I don't like the taste of Antenex.

Yeah, dude, I know that Diazepam with a HCC costs up to [snip].

^ I think you mean without a healthcare card? Mods will remove the price from your post anyway but I pay like half that with a HCC.

If you take it sublingually I would advise that you go for the brand name Valium tablets as they do taste the best in my experience.

I got them today too, i was like wot??? no antanex., its psychological i think... should feel work the same i hope!!! i took the Valpam!!!!!

they are all just brand names, as long as it says diazapam 5mg is the most important thing

i always use valpam, no difference to valium at all

In Australia the TGA does a great job of ensuring there is no difference between generic and the named brands. The active ingredient should be exactly the same. The major differences will be the binders/fillers, particularly if a company has a different time release characteristic or patent on a special coating. Vitamins and other natural remedies are not so easily controlled.
