Driven by Sports Craze is sold by an Aussie company, it contains the following shit:
Trimethylglycine (Betaine Anhydrous), Creatine Monohydrate, L-Citrulline, Dendrobium Extract) (stem) (concentrated for alkaloid content including Dendrobine, Dendroxine, Dendramine, B-Phenyethylamine, N,N-Dimethyl-B-Phenyethylamince, and N,N-Dimethyl-B-Phenyethylamine), B-Phenyethylamine HCI, Citramine™ (Citrus reticulata extract) (fruit) (Concentrated for N-Methyltyramine content), Caffeine Anhydrous.

I've bold texted the interesting components, the rest, IMO, are rubbish.

Just wondering, because I am about to place an order through a website for 100 grams of PEA.

Is it schedule 4? Or an uncontrolled substance>because the website I'm tempting to buy it off is based in the U.K., which will definitey get picked up by customs, and I ain't trying to go to jail for importing a traffickable amount of a drug.

Thanks mate. A simple 'yes' or 'no' answer would've sufficed, but I did do my Google research, found nothing on bodybuilding forums and shit, so I decided to ask you guys.

Read the entire drug legislation and analogue laws.
They cover EVERYTHING, it's so annoying.
Australians miss out on the legal RC scene in USA.

Australia's laws are wide and vague as FUCK.

you might have taken my post out of its intended context, but i'm neither a lawyer nor an expert. having said that, i can tell you that there is no "simple 'yes' or 'no' answer" to your question.
if you want this, maybe ask customs.

in the case of countless substances, our analogue laws have not been tested in a court of law. their implications, therefore, are unclear.
this 'grey market' is definitely in the sights of lawmakers - but whether or not you are the test case - that's the risk you run.

i'm not having a go at you - i could have said "UTFSE", but instead i found the relevant discussion and linked it for you. no need to get defensive.
there is no definitive answer; it is merely a discussion. as i mentioned, it should not be considered legal advice, hence these sorts of topics ("should i import?" threads) are discouraged. the way you use the information is up to you, but we can't give you clear answers on complicated legal matters or advise you either way.

my only opinion in this matter is that 100g is a reckless amount to import if you're not sure.
 
I don't know if this is the same shit as some of my mates have been taking lately, I haven't seen the label but they refer to it as "Craze" and reckon if they take a couple times as much as they are supposed to it gets them pretty pumped for a night out, if it is the same I can't comment how legal it is to import but they buy the stuff from a fitness supplement store I believe. It must have some reasonably strong stimulants in it as said friends do hit the meth a bit.
 
What the fuck should I do? I want L-Theanine because I had left-over money in my PayPal account and I didn't want to drink tea to get effects from l-theanine/PEA...same goes for PEA.
 
Wiki says that it's uncontrolled, but it could be a precursor for a very complicated form of amphetamine sulphate synthesis...

That's what in this shit. It looks pretty promising, plus I won't have to worry about Custom's etc coming and raiding my arse over just some white natural powder...
 
If you are going to import 100g of PEA I would ask customs or TGA before placing the order. The analogue laws do not make sense so it pretty much comes down to being told that importing a particular compound is ok by the powers that be. And if they say yes, don't lose that letter. Any reasonable person should think that it would be ok to import then.
